The first day at KODE5 Germany found its end earlier today – mousesports through without too much trouble, n!faculty came close to a win against Alternate.
The two German giants will face one another in the upper-bracket final after two matches in the upper-bracket. A maximum of seven rounds was given to a team, when mousesports played their two, while Alternate had trouble against n!faculty, winning the match down to the wire 16:14.
In the lower-bracket final we see n!faculty talking on TBH.MSI, as they eliminated mTw.de and a-Losers respectively on their way through the lower-bracket.
Manuel "approx" Zeitz was the best K/D ratio player of day one, with at 2.89 K/D ratio, killing 26, while only dying 9 times. If he will turn out to be the best K/D ratio player at KODE5 Germany, will be revealed tomorrow as KODE5 Germany finish off.

The AK47 assault-rifle accounted for 43% of total kills during day one, while the m4a1 contributed with 28%.
